Turkmen Oil Giant Exports 5.9bn Cu.M. Of Gas in 2005

Staff of Turkmennebit [Turkmen Oil] state company have extracted a total of 9,7bn cu.m. of natural gas last year, which is 5.4 per cent up [year on year].
Some 5.88bn cu.m. of the extracted gas went to external markets via Korpeje-Kord Koy international pipeline [going to Iran].
