ZHENGZHOU, Jan. 9 (Xinhua) -- Central China's Henan Province shut down 847 small coal mines with hidden risks last year, accounting for 14 percent of the total number of small coal mines closed nationwide.
The number of the closed small coal mines in Henan Province ranked the first in the country last year, according to the Henan Provincial Workplace Safety Supervision and Management Administration on Monday.
