Seagis Property Group Announces 144,000 SF Lease at 3000 NW 125th Street in Miami, FL

WEST CONSHOHOCKEN, Pa., Jan. 10 /PRNewswire/ -- Seagis Property Group today announced today that it had signed a ten-year 144,000 square foot lease agreement with Arch Aluminum & Glass at 3000 NW 125th Street in the Gratigny Industrial submarket of Miami-Dade County. The lease will more than double the square footage currently leased by Arch Aluminum & Glass.

The extension and expansion involved the early relocation of two existing tenants in order to accommodate Arch's growth plans. Both Landlord and Tenant were represented in house.

We now own over 1 million square feet of industrial product in Dade County, which is presently 100% leased."
