Silver Dragon Resources Inc. Signs Engagement Letter and Retains Jun He Law Offices, Beijing, China

Silver Dragon Resources Inc. (OTC BB: SDRG) today announced the signing of a Letter of Engagement with Jun He Law Offices to represent and advise Silver Dragon in connection with its business activities and related matters in the People's Republic of China ("China" or "PRC").

The scope of work to be conducted will include representing and advising Silver Dragon on its business activities and other related matters in China including (a) conducting due diligence with respect to potential target companies and cooperative Chinese partners; (b) providing related legal advice from a PRC legal perspective; (c) drafting, reviewing, commenting and negotiating any related agreements/documents; (d) providing on-going PRC regulatory advice with respect to Silver Dragon's investments and business in China; and (e) other related services that Silver Dragon may request.
