Farm Bureau Member Drive in Full Swing

Jan. 29--The Allen County Farm Bureau has been signing members for the past week and has nearly reached its goal of overall membership gain in the county. Last year the Farm Bureau had 1,275 members and this year the goal is to have at least one more than last year. Only 197 more are needed to reach this year's goal.
Farm Bureau membership dues are $65 annually and help finance the organization's farm safety, agricultural ecology, policy development, government affairs, young farmer, and youth programs.

The total Farm Bureau membership in Ohio is more than 225,000 families and more than 5.5 million members comprise the American Farm Bureau Federation.
