More Katrina Pets Arrive in Phoenix

Jan. 30--The Arizona Humane Society took in more dogs and cats Sunday from areas affected by Hurricane Katrina.
About 45 animals arrived at the Sunnyslope Facility in Phoenix from the Humane Society of Southern Mississippi in Gulfport, Miss.
They will be available for adoption in about 10 days, except those needing longterm veterinary or foster care.
