Allis-Chalmers Energy to Present at the 2006 IPAA OGIS Small Cap

HOUSTON, Feb. 3 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Allis-Chalmers Energy Inc. announced today that the Company will participate in the IPAA 2006 Oil & Gas Investment Symposium (OGIS) for small cap companies to be held at the Westin Diplomat Resort in Hollywood, FL on February 7-9, 2006.

David Wilde, Allis-Chalmer's President, and Victor Perez, the Company's Chief Financial Officer, are scheduled to present on Thursday, February 9, 2006, at 10:30 a.m. eastern time.
