Energen CEO to Present at UBS Natural Gas & Electric Utilities Conference

Mike Warren, chairman and chief executive officer of Energen Corporation (NYSE: EGN), will participate in the UBS Natural Gas & Electric Utilities Conference in New York City. Warren will discuss the growth of Energen’s oil and gas acquisition and development operations on a panel scheduled for Thursday, February 16, 2006, at 2:15 p.m. ET.
