Business: Aberdeen Company OIL Corporate

OILFIELD services group Sovereign have bought fellow Aberdeen company OIL Corporate in a pounds 4.5million deal.
OIL, who provide structural engineering and fabrication services to the North Sea oil and gas industry, have two manufacturing facilities in the city and employ 100 staff, who will all be joining the enlarged group.
Sovereign have a strategy of buying up small oil services.
