Subsidiary of Richmond, Va.-Based Dominion Starts Oil, Natural-Gas Facility

Feb. 23--A subsidiary of Richmond-based Dominion Resources Inc. said yesterday that it has started up a new oil and natural-gas processing facility in the Pembina area of Alberta, Canada.
Dominion Exploration Canada's new $35 million plant is designed to process 30 million cubic feet of natural gas and 18,900 barrels of oil per day. Dominion operates the facility and has a 60 percent working interest in it.
The Dominion subsidiary has headquarters in Calgary and is the Canadian division of Dominion Exploration and Production Inc.
