Health Department Offers Food Safety

Feb. 25--The Central District Health Department will offer the 8-hour ServSafe¨ Manager Certification Course on Wednesday, March 8, 2006, from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. at its Boise office, 707 N. Armstrong Place.
Sanctioned by the National Restaurant Association Educational Foundation, the course provides food service managers with the knowledge necessary to meet state and national standards. The cost is $85.
