ADCapital Industries' Breakthrough Pollution Reduction Device Readies for Entry Into International Market
Posted on: Monday, 27 February 2006, 09:00 CST
ADCapital Industries (OTC: ADCS) said today that it is readying a license agreement that would establish a wide market for its breakthrough pollution/smog reduction technology across Egypt and the Middle East.
The Company's Auto Emission Post Regulator (AEPR) has been proved to reduce the Nitrous Oxide emissions from gas powered cars and trucks by 97%. A toxic pollutant, NOx causes a variety of environment problems including ground-level ozone, acid rain and water pollution.
Tests confirm that ADCapital's AEPR muffler insert is so effective that it easily exceeds California Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger's strict emission reduction targets for NOx by nearly 50%.
The numbers are important because NOx emissions are significantly higher in older cars, such as those driven by California's burgeoning lower-middle class community. Those same older cars form the majority of cars driven in the Middle East, as well.
Egypt, for the first time, has instituted strict emission standards and has backed them up with mandatory emissions testing. To understand the scope of the problem in Egypt alone is to know that there are more than 650,00 registered vehicles just in the Cairo districts of Giza and Qalyoubia.
To gain entry into the fledgling Egyptian and Middle Eastern markets, ADCapital is negotiating a license agreement with Alaa Attia of Egypt. An environmental professional, Mr. Attia worked in the environmental field with large petroleum and gas companies, and has been heavily involved with chemical service departments. His extensive knowledge of the Environmental Emissions field would uniquely position Mr. Attia to exploit a powerful range of strategies that will benefit the marketing and promotion of the AEPR throughout the Middle East and Egypt.
To that end, ADCapital Industries intends to support Mr. Attia with its vast array of resources, knowledge, and contacts in the Emission Trading marketplace.
Because NOx vehicle emissions remain the number one pollution problem in Egypt, and across the region, discussions are well under way concerning the further adaptation of ADCapital's AEPR technology to retrofit absolutely all NOx emission sources. Pollution is nearing catostrophic level in Egypt and the Middle East. It affects all three vital aspects of life there: air, water, and land.
Because of that, there appears to be extensive funding available for sustainable developmental purposes. Through a relationship with Mr. Attia, ADCapital would seek access to this funding.
Additionally, ADCapital Industries has begun to provide specific avenues for Mr. Attia to apply for available funding specifically for sustainable development purposes. There are programs inside world organizations in the Emission Trading Marketplace that have funds available, especially concerning pollution.
ADCapital hope to finalize its agreement with Mr. Attia within the next 60 days
About ADCapital US Inc.
ADCapital Industries is dedicated to developing breakthrough products that significantly reduce emissions from vehicle exhaust with an extraordinary device called the Auto Emissions Post Regulator (AEPR). Ad Capital US, Inc., is the U.S. licensee of the Auto Emissions Post Regulator technology. AEPR technology utilizes high frequency electrical oxidation to promote ionization and oxidation of the products of incomplete combustion, e.g., carbon monoxide and hydrocarbons, in internal combustion engines. The technology does not rely on high exhaust temperatures, permitting its use in muffler replacements and tailpipe add-ons.
