Science Teacher Offers Advice to New Teachers

Feb. 27--Lynden Christian Schools science teacher Harlan Kredit wants to inspire new teachers.
Kredit, Disney Teacher of the Year in 2005, will give a presentation on "The Top 10 Reasons to be a Teacher," intended to encourage aspiring educators and to uplift the current crop.
His talk will be from 5 to 6 p.m. at Whatcom Community College's Heiner Center Theater, Room 209.
It is free and open to the public.
