Freestone Resources Inc. is negotiating to acquire Mineral Info, a mineral listing company.
Mineral info is a unique type of company that lists properties for mineral owners and provides specialized information to the oil and gas industry.
About Freestone Resources Inc.
FRI's objectives is to expand the company into an Oil and Gas company by drilling wells and to acquire or build oil service companies. The company has targeted several companies connected with the oil and gas industry on the service side and is in the process of negotiating for other companies as well as starting some service companies from scratch.
Freestone Resources Inc. has signed a memorandum of understanding with I Chargeit (ICHG).
