Mike Warren, chairman and chief executive officer of Energen Corporation (NYSE: EGN), will participate in a panel discussion at the First Annual Citigroup Power, Gas and Utilities Conference in Miami on Thursday, March 2, 2006, at 3:00 p.m. ET. The topic of the panel is "A Focus on E&P Value Creation Strategies."
