Global Food Technologies, Inc (GFT) a research and development biotechnology food safety company targeting the food safety market, announced it is introducing iPura(TM) Food Safety at the Boston Seafood Show March 12-14.

GFT, the creator and service behind the iPura(TM) Food Safety brand, has created a multi-stage proprietary and patented critical control point clean step method aimed at the reduction and elimination of pathogens and microorganisms which spoil food and cause human sickness.

The Boston Seafood Show is the first stop on a 100-day four-continent trade mission for the iPura launch. GFT will exhibit and present at Aqua Sur in Puerto Montt Chile, Brussels Seafood Show, VietFish in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, and the International Food Technologist Expo in Orlando, Florida.

GFT will be promoting its iPura certified process and its service and marketing contracts with large seafood processors globally. Processors who obtain the iPura Food Safety Service Contract with GFT will be licensed to affix the iPura label on their product packaging. GFT plans to co-market the iPura food safety label throughout the distribution chain.

Often food products carry disease causing bacteria before harvest. If improperly processed or packaged, or insufficiently handled, the bacteria in the product can multiply to dangerous levels. The iPura Food Safety label is a promise and a guarantee that exceptional measures have been taken from the processing plant through the product’s distribution chain to ensure the safety of the food.

Mr. Keith Meeks, President of Global Food Technologies, Inc. stated, “GFT has spent several years and invested million of dollars developing a great delivery system and service that is consumer driven. We are confident that consumers will respond because food safety is of concern to people everywhere. With iPura everyone in the food chain can benefit by offering what consumers are demanding. We believe that iPura will be known as a premium brand that represents a Higher Standard in Food Safety. Our marketing campaign is designed to increase awareness and drive the demand for clean and safe food. The mission of iPura Food Safety is to help create a safer and healthier food supply for our children and families throughout the world. Food Safety is good business.”
