2nd Ex-Boise City Employee Charged

Mar. 28--A second former Boise city employee has been charged with a crime in the ongoing investigation into operations at the city-owned 20 Mile South Farm.
Bradley Gerald Holmes is charged with a misdemeanor for splitting invoices "for eight tractor tires in an effort to avoid the competitive bid requirements of law."
Holmes pleaded not guilty to the charge on March 20, according to court records.
