Natural Gas Services Group, Inc. Announces Sale of Common Stock

MIDLAND, Texas, March 30 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Natural Gas Services Group, Inc. announces that Morgan Keegan & Company, Inc., the underwriter of the Company's recently completed sale of 2,468,000 shares of common stock, has exercised its over-allotment option to purchase an additional 427,500 shares, resulting in proceeds to the Company of approximately $7.0 million, in addition to the net proceeds of approximately $40.3 million from the sale of the 2,468,000 shares of common stock on March 8, 2006.
The net proceeds to the Company from the offering will be used primarily to expand the Company's rental fleet and for debt reduction.
