MD-Based Constellation Energy Group Subsidiary Signs Power Supply Contracts

Baltimore-based Constellation Energy Group said its NewEnergy subsidiary signed power supply contracts with the New York State Olympic Regional Development Authority

. Under the agreements, NewEnergy will provide electricity generation at two plants in upstate New York in part with green energy - electricity supplied from low-polluting sources, including wind, solar, hydro and biomass generating facilities.
