Environmental Waste International Inc. Retains Zenergy Communications Inc.

Environmental Waste International (EWI) (TSX VENTURE:EWS) announces that it has engaged Zenergy Communications to provide investor and public relations services. Zenergy will assume a direct role in the strategic execution and leadership of EWI's overall communications including management of investor relations, public relations and corporate communications activities.
Zenergy has been retained for one year effective upon approval by the TSX Venture Exchange. The contract is automatically renewable unless either party issues written notice at least 60 days prior to expiry. It may be terminated on one month's notice for the first six months and on two month's notice for the balance of the term. Zenergy will receive $3,500 per month for the first three months and then $5,000 for each month following. Zenergy will also receive a stock option for 100,000 common shares at $0.15/share valid for 12 months from the effective date, but can only exercise 20,000 shares after completing each of the 2nd and 3rd months and 30,000 shares after each of the 6th and 9th months of the contract.
