Women in Black to Protest Downtown

Apr. 1--The Boise Women in Black will conduct a silent vigil for peace from noon to 1 p.m. Tuesday in front of Boise City Hall. Participants should wear black. Veils are available. The vigil is an alternative method of protest, according to the group.
