Royal Adhesives & Sealants LLC Acquires Basic Adhesives Inc.'s Industrial Adhesive Product Line

SOUTH BEND, Ind., April 5 /PRNewswire/ -- Royal Adhesives & Sealants LLC announced today the completion of its acquisition of the assets of Basic Adhesives Inc.'s Industrial water based adhesives product line. The acquired product line consists of urethane, acrylic latex, natural rubber, SBR and Neoprene water based adhesives primarily sold to the flexible packaging market. Royal will be transferring production of these products to its new 25,000 sq. ft., state of the art water based adhesives manufacturing center located within its 240,000 sq. ft. South Bend Indiana operation. Basic Adhesives Inc. will continue to manufacture the products until the transition is complete.
