Complete Production Services Prices Initial Public Offering

Complete Production Services, Inc. (NYSE:CPX) today announced the pricing of its initial public offering of 26,000,000 shares of its common stock, 13,000,000 shares of which will be sold by the Company and 13,000,000 shares by selling stockholders, at $24.00 per share. In connection with the offering, the selling stockholders have granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to 3,900,000 additional shares, to cover over-allotments, if any.

The Company's common stock is expected to begin trading on the New York Stock Exchange under the ticker symbol "CPX" on April 21, 2006.

The underwriters of the offering include Credit Suisse Securities (USA) LLC and UBS Securities LLC, who are acting as joint book-running managers, and Banc of America Securities LLC, Jefferies & Company, Inc., Johnson Rice & Company L.L.C., Raymond James & Associates, Inc., Simmons & Company International and Pickering Energy Partners, Inc., who are acting as co-managers.
