SK Foods Veteran Randy Yingling Becomes Lemoore Plant Manager

Randy Yingling, most recently food service manager for SK Foods, has been promoted to plant manager in Lemoore.
In making the announcement, SK Foods Vice President of Operations Steve King explained that "Randy Yingling is vital to the further development of our dynamic team in today's complex industry. His expertise in process management is invaluable as SK Foods continues to attract new customers and introduce new products."
Mr. Yingling joined SK Foods in 1993 offering technical support to a new line. He quickly rose to provide technical support to the food service division and now actively supports the engineering departments from concept to design and construction. He became food service manager in 2004.
With more than 30 years experience in food manufacturing, Mr. Yingling began his career with Carnation (Nestle). He holds a number of professional degrees and belongs to numerous professional associations, including: California League of Food Processors, National Food Processors Association and Kings County Industry Council.
The company's Lemoore facility processes, manufactures and packages tomato products for industrial, foodservice and retail customers. With a range of lines for glass and plastic packaging, a large variety of products that leave SK Foods Lemoore can be shipped directly to retail distribution centers.
