MOSCOW. March 10 (Interfax) - Natural Resources Minister Yuri Trutnev plans to resume issuing mining licenses.
"I'm not saying that I will enter my office on Monday and start issuing licenses right away. What is important is that we must develop clear and transparent business principles and simply allow people to work," Trutnev said.
Commenting on the situation around Yukos oil company, he said that relations between the state and corporations must be clear and transparent.
"It would be fair if the Natural Resources Ministry named the users of mineral resources that violate laws first, and then, in a while, consider the possibility of recalling their licenses," he said.
Trutnev said the criteria for recalling licenses are clear, but need to be detailed.
