Dr. Dennis Robinson, CIH, Joins ENSR As Senior Remediation Program Manager

SACRAMENTO, Calif., July 20 /PRNewswire/ -- Dr. Dennis Robinson has joined ENSR as senior program manager in ENSR's Sacramento, California office. Dr. Robinson will manage large-scale remediation and decommission projects for major high technology corporations at their multiple fabrication/manufacturing facilities in Northern California, and provide technical and management oversight on similar projects worldwide. ENSR, a leading worldwide environmental firm, has four offices and 140 staff in California.

Dr. Robinson has 17 years of experience managing environmental remediation for government agencies (U.S. Navy, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers and the U.S. Air Force), as well as extreme site closure experience for a wide range of industries. His expertise includes implementing fixed-price assignments for civil works and site remediation.

Dr. Robinson has managed hazardous waste site remedial planning, investigation and design, implementation of remedial action work plans, decontamination and demolition activities, development of ecological and human health risk assessments, and biological surveys for endangered species. He has also designed and managed complex heath and safety programs for remediation work and the development and implementation of successful community relations programs supporting hazardous waste site cleanup.

He received his doctorate of environmental science and engineering and a bachelor's in zoology from the University of California, Los Angeles; and a master's in environmental and occupational health and safety from California State University, Northridge, California.
