Advanced Growing Systems, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: AGWS) (www.agsincorporated.com) today has entered the $48 billion fertilizer and $66 billion dollar green industry markets, as a public company trading under the symbol "AGWS." Advanced Growing Systems, Inc. is the parent company of Organic Growing Systems Inc. (OGSI) (www.OrganicGrowingSystems.com); a scientifically based fertilizer manufacturer who utilizes an exclusive formula to enhance the way nitrogen is delivered to any plant through a poultry based litter...organically. "We are uniquely positioned to take advantage of the US consumers' ever increasing desire for organic foods, safe drinking water, and to avoid the ever-increasing health costs directly associated with 'synthetic chemistry.'" Our proprietary process utilizes a food grade chemistry to produce a highly effective organic fertilizer...naturally. Organic Growing Systems, Inc., combines knowledge that goes back to early farming practices with modern organic molecular chemistry. The result is the formulation of a truly organic fertilizer that meets the needs of all growers. Whether one is a backyard gardener, a turf farmer or a golf course manager, a flower grower or a vegetable farmer or even a representative of a governmental entity trying to protect the environment, the use of our TOP Organic Fertilizer will meet all needs.
Advanced Growing Systems, Inc. is also the parent company of Advanced Nurseries, Inc. Advanced Nurseries (www.AdvancedNurseries.com), which is a wholesale distribution company focused on the professional landscape contractor in the Southeastern US. We are positioned to take advantage of the massive "Southern Migration" currently occurring as baby boomers relocate from the Northeastern seaboard to the Southern US. We have immediately established ourselves as the key suppliers for several of the largest landscape contractors and real estate/land developers in the nation. Advanced Nurseries, Inc. allows for true vertical integration with OGSI through their distribution channels and similar end user base. Our company, through our association and eventual acquisition of tree farms throughout the southeastern United States, also allow us to continually test our chemistry to develop methods to increase our already outstanding results.
We estimate the total US market to be between $60 billion and $66 billion annually. This includes landscape construction/build, landscape maintenance, irrigation installation and repairs, landscape lighting, water features, power equipment, nursery supplies, fertilizer, chemicals, etc. In our first four months of existence, the Company has achieved gross revenues of $1,974,484. In the first week of July 2006, the Company solidly surpassed gross revenues of $2,100,000. Organic Growing Systems, Inc. is presently generating a slight monthly loss until it can increase capacity within their Mississippi facility. This slight operating loss is more than offset by the profitable operations of Advanced Nurseries, Inc. After only five months of active operations, the commercial nursery subsidiary generated gross revenues of $516,411 in June and a net profit of $66,946. Advanced Nurseries is projected to have gross revenues of $550,000 in July, with a net profit of over $70,000. The Company, on a consolidated basis, projects in 2006 to reach over $7,000,000 in gross revenues and over $300,000 in net profits (which includes the amortization of non-recurring startup costs, public offering costs and opening operating losses), with an expected increase in 2007 to $22,000,000 of gross revenues and $2,500,000 in net profits.
