ENSR Adds Upstream Oil and Gas Expert to Serve Growing Energy Clientele

FORT COLLINS, Colo., July 28 /PRNewswire/ -- ENSR is pleased to announce the addition of Steve Lawless as Senior Program Manager for upstream oil and gas projects. ENSR, a leading global environmental firm, serves major petroleum companies around the world through a variety of environmental, permitting and compliance services. Mr. Lawless will be involved in key account management, business development and project coordination with major clients primarily on exploration, development and production activities. He will be based in ENSR's Fort Collins, Colorado office.
Mr. Lawless has over 27 years of upstream oil and gas experience with ConocoPhillips in a variety of domestic and international locations. He has held numerous technical and managerial positions dealing with exploration, new field development, production, acquisitions and divestitures, commercial negotiations, stakeholder relations, external communications and permitting. His broad geographical experience includes onshore and offshore assignments in Alaska, Texas, California, the western U.S. Rocky Mountains, Gulf of Mexico and the North Sea.
Mr. Lawless received his master of science degree in geology at the University of Colorado and his bachelor of science degree in geology at Oregon State University. He is also a graduate of the Accelerated Development Program in Management at the London Business School.
