Frenchman's Creek Opens Its Exclusive Doors to Realtors - For a Worthy Cause

PALM BEACH GARDENS, Fla., Aug. 9 /PRNewswire/ -- Frenchman's Creek, the high-end residential community in Palm Beach Gardens known for exclusivity, tournament golf courses, state-of-the-art security and its own private Beach Club, is opening its doors for the first time August 15 to a local realty group and affiliates.

But the nearly 100 realtors associated with Illustrated Properties in Palm Beach Gardens aren't coming to sell luxurious homes on the property. Instead they will play golf for charity beginning with a 7:30 AM breakfast served at the 19th hole -- one of the four world-class restaurants at Frenchman's Creek run by executive chef Bernd Linsenmayer, who holds a German Kitchen Masters degree and has served guests at the world's most luxurious hotels.

"We treat our members' privacy with utmost care and respect, which has lent our community an air of mystique and distinction over the years. Although we've never previously received realtors en masse, we thought the Toys For Tots campaign an excellent cause to somewhat relax our privacy rules," said Frenchman's Creek Executive Director Achal Goswami.

"While timing is perfect to show off this one-of-a-kind community, it will, more importantly, result in the donation to local charity Toys For Tots of a number of bicycles for children in need, in good time for the Holidays," said Frenchman's Creek resident Lynn Schroeder Byrd, the Illustrated Properties realtor who is organizing the event.

After breakfast, realtors will tee-off on Frenchman's Creek's two 18-hole championship golf courses, redesigned by Robert Cupp and Jim Fazio. The stakes -- Mulligans. Festivities, including an awards luncheon, will wrap up by 2:30 pm.
