Loretta Devine Takes Role on ‘Eli Stone’

Loretta’s Devine is slated to co-star opposite Jonny Lee Miller in the ABC drama pilot Eli Stone, the Hollywood Reporter has revealed.

Eli Stone is a legal drama following a lawyer (Miller) who discovers he may be a prophet. Devine will play Stone’s assistant.

Devine can be seen as Adele Webber on ABC’s Grey’s Anatomy and in the upcoming film Dreamgirls.

Also, the Reporter revealed that Illeana Douglas will play a recurring role on CBS’ legal drama series Shark, opposite James Woods.

Douglas can be seen in the upcoming biopic of Edie Sedgwick, Factory Girl.
