Research and Markets (http://www.researchandmarkets.com/reports/c45823) has announced the addition of 'Natural Gas Engineering Handbook' to their offering.
A CD-ROM with Spreadsheet programs of all engineering calculations comes free with this book!
Many studies have concluded that the major source of energy for the global economy in the first half on the 21st century will be natural gas. With natural gas becoming more and more important, there is an increasing demand for information, yet less and less material is available on this subject. The Natural Gas Engineering Handbook is the only book available that covers this subject in a comprehensive and practical way, including
Processing
Pipeline
Production
Reservoir Engineering
This book covers the full scope of natural gas engineering, from gas reservoir engineering to gas production to gas processing. It adapts a computer-assisted approach, which is current practice in the industry and is severely lacking in other books on natural gas engineering.
The book includes
A focus on real-world needs rather than theory
Illustrative examples throughout the text
Spreadsheet programs for all the engineering calculations on a handy and easy to use CD-ROM which is included with this book.
Exercise problems at the end of every chapter
This is a must have book for any engineering working with natural gas.
