American Pacific to Release Financial Results and Hold Investor Teleconference for Its Fiscal 2006 Fourth Quarter and Year-End

LAS VEGAS, Dec. 20 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- American Pacific Corporation today announced that it will release its Fiscal 2006 fourth quarter and year-end financial results on December 26, 2006. John R. Gibson, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, invites you to participate in a teleconference where he will review the financial results and outlook of the Company.
The teleconference will be held Wednesday, December 27, 2006 at 1:30 p.m. PDT. To access the call please dial (973) 582-2770 and reference conference ID #8204751. Following a short presentation by Mr. Gibson and Ms. Dana M. Kelley, Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer, there will be a Q&A session. Also present on the call will be Joseph Carleone, President and Chief Operating Officer.

American Pacific is a chemical and aerospace company with the following products: (i) fine chemicals in the form of active pharmaceutical ingredients and registered intermediates, (ii) perchlorate chemicals used in space propulsion and other applications, (iii) liquid in-space propellant thrusters used for attitude control on satellites, (iv) Halotron(R), a clean fire extinguishing agent, (v) sodium azide used in various applications and (vi) water treatment equipment.
