(VHB) announced today the acquisition of Eschbacher Engineering, P.C., a well-respected, 20-person transportation planning and traffic engineering firm, located in Melville, New York, by an existing VHB New York affiliate, previously known as VHB Engineering, Surveying and Landscape Architecture, P.C.

The acquisition will combine the resources of the New York offices of both entities, broadening the capabilities of each to provide integrated professional services to clients on Long Island. The merged entities will be renamed Eschbacher VHB Engineering, Surveying and Landscape Architecture, P.C. and do business in the future there as Eschbacher VHB.
