SAVOUR exciting cuisine at various restaurants in Best Western Seri Pacific Hotel Kuala Lumpur.

* Xuang Xi Chinese Restaurant: Xuang Xi Chinese Restaurant’s master chef Lui Pak Thiam has concocted a new range of dishes using different types of mushrooms as the base ingredient.

Double-boiled enoki mushroom with top-shell and scallop, wok- fried tiger palm mushroom with asparagus and diced scallop, braised morrel mushroom and sea cucumber served with superior oyster sauce, deep-fried shimeji mushroom and sliced abalone with mixed vegetable, and stir-fried sliced dragon mushroom and Hong Kong tiau meow with pine nuts are among the delectable dishes available.

* Kofuku Japanese Restaurant: The Kofuku Japanese Restaurant has a special Shokatsu bento promotion.

It includes fish omelette roll, sweet black bean, vinegared white radish, red and white fish cake, dried sardine with sweet sauce as appetisers, and tuna and salmon sashimi.

There will also be seasonal mixed steamed vegetables, baby yam, prawns, mushrooms and snow peas and grilled yellow tail with sweet sauce accompanied with vinegared baby ginger and a number of other dishes.

For dessert, indulge yourself with the unique green tea tiramisu.

The Shokatsu bento is priced at RM85++ per set.

* Zende Restaurant: It is salmon galore at Zende Restaurant from Jan 17 to 31! Executive sous chef Steven G and his team have come up with six ways to savour the rich tasting salmon.

The local spice-marinated smoked salmon and grilled scallop complemented by guacamole and herb vinaigrette is priced at RM25++, salmon taco with creme fraiche (RM28++), fish head salmon curry cooked with condiments (RM30++), oven-baked Cajun marinated salmon fillet on garlic saffron potato, mint pesto and tomato cream sauce (RM38++), poached salmon encased with grilled zucchini sitting on clam cream sauce topped with salmon roe (RM38++) and pan-fried salmon on mushroom compote, crab dumpling, arugula salad and roasted bell pepper coulis (RM38++).

The promotion is available daily for both lunch and dinner. Prices start from RM25++.
