Eric Ripert and Greg Norman Host a Weekend of World Class Dining and Golf at The Ritz-Carlton, Grand Cayman

GRAND CAYMAN, Jan. 17 /PRNewswire/ -- The world's most famous seafood chef and "The Shark" himself came together the weekend of January 6th to provide guests at The Ritz-Carlton, Grand Cayman with equally impressive culinary and golf experiences. Greg Norman played his inaugural round at Blue Tip, which was designed and built by Greg Norman Golf Course Design. Chef Eric Ripert, whose Le Bernardin consistently earns three Michelin stars and Zagat's top rating, prepared a special celebratory dinner in honor of the Blue Tip grand opening.

The Blue and Blue tip event was the first in a series of weekends designed to highlight the resort's roster of partners known as the Seven Wonders on Seven Mile Beach. In addition to Ripert and Norman, they include famous tennis coach Nick Bollettieri, who has designed a custom tennis program; La Prairie, Switzerland, which chose The Ritz-Carlton, Grand Cayman as the location of its only Silver Rain spa; and Jean-Michel Cousteau, whose Ambassadors of the Environment program introduces families to the natural wonders of the Caribbean.

Little Blue Box February 16th - 19th, 2007
