Cream O’ Weber Sells Its Former Warehouse

Cream O’ Weber Dairy has sold its former distribution warehouse facility at 4282 W. 1730 South to an entity affiliated with California-based All-Coast Forest Products Inc. for an undisclosed amount, according to NAI Utah Commercial Real Estate.
The entity operates a Salt Lake branch from leased quarters at 3070 California Ave. and planned to relocate to the newly acquired seven-acre site.
All-Coast operates four other sites in California and Colorado.
