WEST COAST REGIONAL SALES MANAGER
Location: Southern California or other West Coast U.S. location
This position will work with and through QTC distributors, providing high levels of customer support and satisfaction; maximizing the sales available in the assigned territory; and assisting in training and development of the distributors’ personnel and end users on all products.
The executive will be responsible for exercising sound judgment and control over expenses; assisting in new product/service introductions and remaining technologically up-to-date on our complete product offerings, as well as competitors. Maintain accurate client files including all contact information for each distributor and agency within the territory assigned.
Compensation: base salary. Quarterly and annual incentive goals based on revenue shipments. Car allowance and home office expenses.
Qualifications: Five years of experience with traffic control or intersection control products. A fouryear degree or equivalent experience required. We are an equal opportunity and drug-free employer.

PROJECT MANAGER
GMB Engineers & Planners, Inc. requires a project manager to perform traffic studies including design traffic and signal warrant analysis studies, transportation planning studies, traffic impact analysis and roadway engineering analysis. Applicants must have an M.S. in transportation engineering, at least 4 years of work experience in transportation, a Florida RE. license and knowledge of FDOT standards. ENGINEER II/III-ASSISTANT TRAFFIC ENGINEER

HMM is seeking a Senior Traffic Engineer/ Modeler/Project Manager for a new Texas office to help grow, strengthen and lead its team in the United States. This person will be a key/senior person in the Highways & Bridges practice team.
This person will be responsible for starting, growing and managing a traffic engineering business in Texas and a transportation modeling business in the United States that leverages well known and highly regarded capabilities of the global Mott MacDonald Group by using their skills, abilities and experience to maximize the existing HMM client base through their personal/ business contacts. The successful candidate will have a large degree of autonomy and will have the opportunity to manage and drive the traffic engineering and modeling business. Principal responsibilities include acting as a Project Manager for highway and multimodal modeling for the private sector, local authorities, state departments of transportation and other client groups; developing business in the traffic engineering, modeling and revenue forecasting sector.
The person will be technically competent, able to demonstrate 10- plus years of experience in one or more areas of multimodal modeling and traffic and revenue forecasting advice relating to privately and publicly funded transportation projects (3P). They will also be able to manage people and projects and will have operating experience with appropriate software such as Saturn, Vissim/Visum, Emme2, Transcad and Cube.
