Changes to Bus System

The Utah Transit Authority is redesigning its bus system in Salt Lake County. The changes will go into effect August 26 and include:
— 12 bus routes that run every 15 minutes
— Renumbering the bus system to better reflect the location where buses run
— “Fast buses,” with fewer stops, added to outlying areas of Salt Lake County
— Transfer times of 8 minutes or less
