Life Sci Technologies Merges With Lohmueller

California-based Life Sci Technologies LLC said Friday it has merged with software sales and technology consulting services company Lohmueller and Associates Inc., which has offices in Salt Lake City and North Carolina.
Terms were not disclosed.
Life Sci is an Oracle and NetSuite reseller.
