Dairy Fresh Farms Announces Successful Plant Trial Production Run for Its Chilled Extended Shelf Life and Shelf Stable Milk
Posted on: Monday, 12 March 2007, 12:00 CDT
Dairy Fresh Farms Inc. (OTCBB: DYFR) and Frankfurt Borse, Germany (FRANKFURT: D8I) www.dairyfresh.ca announces that it has successfully completed its plant trial production run in Toronto for both Chilled Extended Shelf Life (75 days) and Shelf Stable (8 months) packaging of its Dairy Fresh Farms Milk.
Mr. Robert Harrison, CEO and Director of Dairy Fresh Farms, states, "Because of the geographic distance constraints in bringing a new product to market in Canada, the ability to utilize the longer shelf life packaging techniques will allow Dairy Fresh Farms to market our products from the Atlantic to the Pacific in an organized and efficient manner. Furthermore, the milk retains all of its nutritional value and great taste!"
About Dairy Fresh Farms
Dairy Fresh Farms Inc., and its brand Dairy Fresh Farms(TM), is a Canada-based corporation established to develop a superior and unique, patented dairy process for the North American consumer. This process starts by taking regular whole milk and then skimming off the saturated fat. It then adds naturally sourced monounsaturated fat from GMO Free canola oil, along with four other all natural ingredients, to produce a milk beverage that is nutritionally equivalent to 2% regular milk that has both a desired taste and texture while offering additional health benefits. Canola oil was chosen as the fat substitute because it contains a very low level of saturated fatty acids while adding a relatively high level of monounsaturated and Omega-3 fatty acids as well as vitamin E and K, all without compromising the taste. Additionally, the Canadian Heart and Stroke Foundations "Health Check" program supports our claim that Dairy Fresh is "the best thing to happen to milk since Louis Pasteur(TM)."
