ShengdaTech Schedules Conference Call to Discuss Fourth Quarter and 2006 Year End Results

TAIAN CITY, Shandong Province, China, March 20 /Xinhua-PRNewswire/ -- ShengdaTech Inc. ("ShengdaTech") (BULLETIN BOARD: SGAT) will host a conference call at 9:00 am EST on Monday, March 26, 2007, to discuss results for the fourth quarter and 2006 year end results.

Joining Mr. Zhixiang Chen, ShengdaTech's Chief Executive Officer on the call will be Ms. Anhui Guo, the Chief Financial Officer and Mr. Richard Dean and Mr. Gerry Pascale, the Company's U.S. Representative. The company plans to release its earnings that same day at 7:00 AM EST.
