US Farms, Inc. Purchases All Existing Plant Inventory of Palm Mountain Nursery

March, 22, 2007 US Farms, Inc. (OTCBB: USFI) a commercial Farming and Nursery Grower, announced today that it has acquired all of the existing Plant inventory of Palm Mountain Nursery located in Vista, California. This Plant inventory has been acquired through US Farms, Inc. wholly owned subsidiary, American Nursery Exchange, Inc. (ANE), in exchange for cash on a note basis. With this particular Plant inventory purchase, ANE immediately becomes one of the largest growers and suppliers of Rare and Exotic Palm Trees and Cycads on the West Coast. Management believes that the wholesale value of this transaction is well in excess of $1,500,000.
