Astana, 1 April: Another 58 dead seals have been found on the shore of the Caspian Sea in Tupkaragan District in Kazakhstan’s Mangistau Region.

Just like 21 dead ones found earlier, these sea animals were discovered on 31 March near the Kalamkas dam by workers of the Magistaumunaigaz oil extraction company while inspecting the seaside, the Emergency Situations Ministry told the Interfax- Kazakhstan news agency today.

“For sure, the regional department for environmental protection and the emergencies department will investigate the case,” the Emergency Situations Ministry noted.
