Gas Line Puncture Forces Evacuation of Juno Beach Shopping Center

Apr. 13–JUNO BEACH — A shopping center was evacuated Friday morning after a plumbing crew punctured a gas line, Palm Beach County Fire Rescue reported. No injuries were reported.

The leak occurred around 9 a.m. at the Plaza del Mar at U.S. 1 and Donald Ross Road, firefighters said.

Haz-Mat units had been called to the scene.

No other details were immediately available.
