California Environmental Protection Agency and City of Sacramento Celebrates Earth Day 2007

The California Environmental Protection Agency (Cal/EPA) and the City of Sacramento will celebrate Earth Day 2007, on Apr. 19, with events and displays at its headquarters, Sacramento City Hall, and Cesar Chavez Park. The Boards, Departments, and Office of Cal/EPA will have many items on display, including hydrogen fuel cell vehicles, a chemistry laboratory mobile lab, and displays covering a variety of environmental protection sciences.
Cal/EPA will combine its Earth Day celebration with "Take Our Children to Work" day. The agency has many interactive and educational displays for employees' children, including the Department of Pesticide Regulation's ever-popular ancient bugs and pesticide safety bingo.
