eMBEDDED LEARNING and Wilkes University Announce New Graduate Degree for Teaching in the 21st Century

eMBEDDED LEARNING™ Graduate Education, offered through a partnership between Wilkes University and Learning Sciences International, is now offering a Master of Science in Education: Major in 21st Century Teaching & Learning.

The program is geared toward professional secondary educators who are looking for the next step in their educational career, but who may not have time for a "traditional" graduate program. The MS Ed: Major in 21st Century Teaching & Learning provides flexibility to potentially earn the degree in two years and accommodates the busy schedules of today's educators.

For years professional educators have asked for a Master's degree that provides authentic and differentiated teaching skills for the classroom. The program in 21st Century Teaching and Learning helps educators create an engaging classroom environment for their students and is focused on the content areas of mathematics, language arts, science and social studies. This 30-credit online program enables secondary educators to transform the educational environment of schools to meet the expectations and initiatives of the present and challenges of the future.

Developed in partnership with the Pennsylvania Department of Education for the Classrooms for the Future secondary initiative, the courses combine theoretical knowledge with practical application of content.
