Asbestos Claim

A CLAIM for compensation has been launched by a man who believes his cancer was caused by asbestos on the clothes of his father who worked for ICI’s Billingham Chemical and Polymers plant. He has filed a writ in London’s High Court, seeking up to 100,000.
