My Chemical Romance to Play Worcester, MA Show May 8th With Support From Philly’s Circa Survive
My Chemical Romance will perform their scheduled show tonight, May 8th, at the DCU Center in Worcester, MA. In the support slot will be Circa Survive, a quintet from Philadelphia whose new album “On Letting Go” will be released on Equal Vision Records on May 29th, who will open for My Chemical Romance in Worcester.
Support act Muse had to cancel their appearance due to members of their crew still not fully recovered from a serious bout of food poisoning that also struck members of My Chemical Romance and its crew last weekend after a show at William and Mary College in Williamsburg, VA.
Though Muse appeared at the Bamboozle Festival in East Rutherford, NJ, on Saturday, the British trio’s crew were not well and returned home. The Worcester show was their last scheduled appearance.
The second leg of the nationwide tour supporting My Chemical Romance’s platinum album “The Black Parade” began in April and is scheduled to continue through May 22nd.
