Georgia Gulf Files First Quarter 10-Q

Georgia Gulf Corporation (NYSE: GGC) announced today that it has completed the filing of its first quarter Form 10-Q. The company will provide further commentary on its first quarter financial results and business developments in a news release to be issued shortly. Following its annual shareholders meeting next week, the company will host its first quarter conference call on Friday, May 18, 2007, at 10 AM ET via teleconference and Webcast.
