Composite Solutions, Inc. Signs Purchase Agreement for Land Development Project

NEWPORT BEACH, Calif., June 6 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Composite Solutions, Inc. (BULLETIN BOARD: CPUT) announced today that they have entered into an agreement to purchase fifteen acres of residential land in Twentynine Palms, CA. The land is comprised of three five-acre parcels, two of which have already been entitled with a tentative tract map to build forty single-family homes.
CSI plans to build the homes as income generating rental properties to meet demand in the area. The Marine Corps Air Ground Combat Center (MCAGCC), located in Twentynine Palms, is the world's largest U.S. Marine base for troop combat and ground training.
Once built, the company anticipates first phase of forty homes on the property will generate more than five-hundred thousand dollars per year in gross receipts, with an additional two-hundred fifty thousand per year should the company entitle and build an additional twenty homes. The company will also enjoy the flexibility of placing some or all of the homes on the market for a faster return.
The property will be in escrow for up to forty-five days as the company arranges for the financing of the purchase and the project.
